Brief History

Junk Drawr Pictures started in 2012 with our first project: “Chippi at the Bus Stop” — a commercial submission to a local café ad-contest. After placing in the Top 5, we continued to make shorts and develop our own unique style. In the following years, we have collaborated with numerous film production groups in the Southern New England filmmaking scene; helping other filmmakers tell their stories. After years assisting, we finally branched out and started to make our own indie-films with our own ideas. Notably: “RAMBLE ON” - a web-series co-produced with BIG Productions; “WORK FROM HOME” - a micro-short film made for a competition hosted by NBC’s “The Tonight Show” in 2021; and we have just started production on a new film “DON’T FRET THE DEVIL”, slated to shoot summer of 2022, in time for our 10 year anniversary.
